I am opening my doors to the real estate teams and/or brokerages who are looking to delegate their online marketing. I have 3 openings and actually, that’s all I’m taking. They can not be direct competitors of each other.
Why would you delegate this to someone who lives and breathes online marketing? It is because you have a lot to do as does your assistant and the people on your team or at your brokerage. Today the question isn’t “Do you have an online presence?” The question today is “Who does your online marketing?” Imagine your potential clients who want to sell their home and are looking for the rockstar real estate team or brokerage to sell their home. Are they going to choose someone with an inconsistent Facebook presence? Most likely, the crowd today wants to see you online with a strong following so they know that their home will be marketed to the full extent possible. Look at the numbers below with regard to platform traffic. This is where your buyers AND sellers are. You need a strategy to be found because they need YOUR services. That’s a position worthy of delegating, don’t you agree?
