When it comes to presenting a luxury listing on Facebook I do things a little different. First, I upload the listing as an album on Facebook. I put all photos in, BUT I leave out a very important piece and that is the price. The price is found when one clicks on the link to the website. That drives people to the website. Here are the results of a recently boosted post. This listing can be found here on Meg (Margaret) Brooks of RE/MAX Masters website. As you can see the listing was presented to 2025 people, but even as important MEG was presented to 2025 LOCAL people!! We had 281 post engagements.
Here’s the part that tells me what I really want to know and that is how many clicked through to the website and that was 41. Not bad for $5.
